1. Warranty Coverage

ProTek provides a 90-day warranty on all repairs performed, unless otherwise specified.

2. New Parts Warranty

If new parts are installed, they may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The length of the manufacturer’s warranty will be indicated at the time of installation.

3. Used or Pre-owned Parts Warranty

The warranty for used or pre-owned parts may vary, ranging from no warranty to a 30-day warranty, depending on the circumstances. The specific warranty length will be communicated at the time of installation.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidental or physical causes, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by external factors such as fire, water, or natural disasters.

5. Claim Process

If a warranty claim is required, please contact ProTek within the warranty period. ProTek will assess the claim and make a determination on the appropriate course of action, which may include repairing or replacing the defective part. The approval or denial of warranty claims is at the sole discretion of ProTek.

6. Out-of-Warranty Devices

If a device falls outside of the warranty period, ProTek will make every effort to find a resolution by offering options such as discounts on labor and parts, or other means of remedy.

ProTek makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the product or service. The warranty outlined in this policy is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by ProTek and supersedes any other warranties, whether written or oral, expressed or implied.
